Investor Agreements AP Disbursement

Hi All,

I am trying to run the disbursement for an investor agreement and below is the output of the program:

Disbursement for first payment stoped as Streams from date equal to billing date. Standard Disbursement Process Called Successfully. Standard Disbursement Process Called Successfully. Standard Disbursement Process Called Successfully. Standard Disbursement Process Called Successfully. Contract Level Payment event picked up for khr_id : xxxx in investor agreement :<Investor Agreement>  Disbursement for first payment stoped as Streams from date equal to billing date.

Although the program is completing successfully, there were no successfully records inserted in:OKL_TRX_AP_INVOICES_B..
