How to disable Invpoice Type Lookup codes

Hi,

How to disable the Invoice types which are not required to user. The lookup codes window is not allowing to diable Prepayment Lookup code, its showing 'FIELD PROTECTED AGAINST UPDATE' Message.

Can any one suggest how to disable the Invoice Type lookups?
