Master card PeopleSoft

My requirement is need to load the Pcard master card Bank file to PeopleSoft 9.1.

1) Did PeopleSoft will support the reading the master file delivered flat file format with out any changes like visa? Visa flat file we successfully loaded with out any changes.

2) If yes please let me know what is steps to load the master card Bank file to PeopleSoft. Only I am facing the problem when loading the master card flat file . Do we need to modify any thing when we load flat file load ?

3) I tested master card XML file got loaded successfully.
