Change Order functionality used for adding a line to PO is not updating Order Revision level of that

Hi Friends,

I am using Change Order functionality to add a new line to an existing PO.

Ideally it should also change the revision level of that PO.

But facing an issue wherein after adding a line to existing PO through Change Order, i am unable to get new revision line in Revision History.

Please help.
