KMS Database Backup

Hello:  We currently use KMS 1.2 and my manager wants me to create a procedure that will backup the KMS database externally so that we can ship it off to the vault for safe keeping.  Can you suggest a process for doing this?  I'm new to Solaris so be as detailed as practical.  Thank you.
