Work order Entry P48013 not correctly updating F3111 qty ordered and qty issued fields

When changing the qty ordered on the Work order entry application header application P48013 form W48013A field UORG, it is causing calculations to be done incorrectly and updating the F3111 incorrectly for the qty ordered(F3111 UORG) and qty issued field (F3111 TRQT) has any one else seen this or know why?
