How to link up leveled projects?

in Primavera (MOSC) Question
If there are some schedules of one project( Level I,II,III,IV),how to link up them? for example the level IV schedule update, the level III schedule can automaticly update through linking up the Level IV schedule. certainly the Level II, I schedules should also be update automaticly. someone said that the WBS summary activity could be used for automaticly summary among the schedules. how to operate?
