CSTPPCCB.pm_process_txn_mmt(185): Failed to get expenditure type

Can you please provide me any information to transfer inventory cost to project which transactions were created through Move order not Miscellaneous Transaction as I am getting the error which has been subjected(CSTPPCCB.pm_process_txn_mmt(185):  Failed to get expenditure type).
