Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. I would really appreciate some help with this upgrade problem I'm facing;

I am in the process of upgarding a two tier 11.5.10.2 instance to 12.1.1. One tier is forms/web and the other is conc/admin/db

I ran the configuration step in rapidwiz, after the upgrade driver patch was applied, on my forms/web tier and my12.1.1 login was working.

I ran the configuration step in rapidwiz on my admin/conc mgr tier and now I am no longer able to get the login screen.

I looked at the context file on my conc mgr tier and found the following entries
