ORA 6512 in AME

hi all,

I am having this issue with AME ,

when price is enterd in Requisiion and submitted for approval I am geting the following errors in View approval through workflow error window ,

If I go to status monitor and submit that parllel pproval sub process again the error is missing, and once the buyer enters the price for same requisition, the AME is working

fine and is geting approved please help me out with this issue. I am uploadiing the error message  and screen shots

we are using Oracle 12.0.4, and AME for Purchase Requisition Approval
