Sales hierarchy and assignment
Research/best practice question/conversation......I am trying to look at different options for a replacement on how we currently assign account owner/team and lead owners.
The requirements are a little vague as the business is still attempting to determine what they want to do.
Current process today..
We receive a file of zip codes and people to be assigned to accounts/leads based on the zip code. The system that maintains the zip code assignments is home grown and no longer supported so we are attempting to look for a replacement.
