Invoice validate hang with random time

Hi all,
I want to ask something about invoice validate, When I want to do invoice validation from action..1 and then validate.
It's get hang for unlimited time, I've kill the session but the result still the same. But after I bounce my database it'll get work for a couple of day
and it will get hang again with random time (I can't reproduce the same issue).

When I want to get trace file (trace with binds) I can get validate again, it's a little bit weird or it's a bug?
anybody have the same problem with me or maybe helpfull experience?
