Setting up zone cluster after zone was already created.

We have 3 physical servers. One each server, we have 4 zones already configured with out any cluster software or setup.

We got a new requrement to setup solaris cluster 3.3 on these servers so that if one node goes down, 2 zones will fail over to each remaining 2 servers and both servers goes down last node will take all load (4   x 3) zones. Please help me with any steps or documentation with out impacting existing zone configuration
