Sending server lock message

Hi all,

we are expiering a big issue during deployment of updata packages, the package deploy run longer a usual and goes to error, in server log "sending server lock message" is found. We check already for non running batch and no Kernel with high CPU usage.

We need help as we are 24/7 system. E1 811/Sp1 TR 8.97.3
