How do I restrict iproc users ordering istore orders?

Hi,

2nd time of typing this! The site timed out on me!

We have had users whom have previously raised orders via Istore and when they are requring the same goods, They are 'copying to cart' using the requsition number whilst in Iproc. The order does go through although doesnt actually get applied to the Blanket release.

We need to stop them from using Iproc as a means of creating an Istore order, The user would not know that the order has failed (We find this out at a later stage)

The order when raised through Istore would go through as an 'inventory' type and would be automatically applied to a BR.
