Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Payement voided invoice still paid problem ?

Hi,

We're on Ebs 11.5.9 ,database 9.2.0.8 and we 've got a strange situation about payment and invoice status so:

When the payment's status is voided the invoice remaind paid .(you can check the file ulpoaded)

Normally the invoice must be in unpaid status

Thnks in advanced for any help or solution
