TAF service lost configured values

 Hi people,

I was configuring TAF on my 11gr2 RAC following the DOC How To Configure Server Side Transparent Application Failover [ID 460982.1]

But I found a problem because After a fail over test the server configuration lost its values:

After configuring

NAME            METHOD      TYPE        RETRIES GOAL       CLB_GOAL AQNOT

test_taf        BASIC       SELECT          180 NONE       LONG     YES

Then I test shutting down on instance an the connection fail over to the other node,

Then I disconnected and prepare a new test but it wasn't work an notice that the conf change
