"You are not set up as a worker" while accessing requisition form

    Hello All,

      I have defined a "Buyer"  using Purchasing Super User responsibility and am very well able to create requisition's and purchase order however when i switch responsibility to "XX Purchasing Buyer" or "XX Purchasing Super User" ( custom responsibilities created on UAT instance), I am unable to access requisition forms as it prompts an error stating "You are not set up as a worker".

  In a nutshell i can create a requistion with standard Oracle responsibility but can't with a custom responsibility. Any thoughts around this ?
