Health Savings Account Plan Setup

I am in the process of setting up some new health savings account plans, we are just offering for the first time. I am unsure as to what the flags on the plans actually do, it is not a flex plan, but when I select the Medical Spending account radial button on the plan master it does not allow me to add my dba, it provides an errror that states it is "Invalid Flex Spending Acct Type for FSA" My DBA is a deduction and I have it flagged as an HSA on the regulatory screen, I had no other
