Benefits of upgrading from 7.3 Cum 11 to 9.2.1

We are seeking permission from upper mgmt to  incur the expense of upgrading our financials in JDE World from A7.3 Cum11 to A9.2.1.  I am looking for documents that would list the enhancements that would prove a benefit to us making the upgrade cost effective.
Could you please direct me to any papers or documents that would provide me with the information I need.
