JDE E1 8.12, Tools Release 8.98 4.5 Issues with Business Function B4200310 - Program P4210 atter too

Recent tools release upgrade is generating a problem with Sales Entry Program P4210, Sales Order Revisions. The problem occurs whenever a sales detail line is added or edited that contains a line type defined as non-inventory. If there is a change to the price on an existing order line, this generates the error. On a new line, since price is always effected creates error. This is a terminal error. Root seems to be associated with the Sales Order Business Function B4200310 (F4211EditLine) at the event Row is entered and changed = asynchronus event rule.
