How to change order line item status while copy order header

Hi,

The ootb function support the line item copy once the order header been copied.  The line item status will keep sync with the order header status. But we have a requirement need to change the line item status(different from the order header status), even thought I set the pre-default value of status in line item, it still have the same value as the order header status when copied.
