Process Time-out while logging a SR for Oracle Sales (ASN)

It is very surprising when I am trying to select Oracle Sales (ASN) as a Product against a SR, it is getting timed out and I am unable to create New SR, . But when I am selecting Oracle Quoting (QOT) as a product then I am able to proceed smoothly during SR creation process. I don't know where is the problem? Is this problem specific to selection of Oracle Sales (ASN) product?
