How can we automatically create EAM Asset from Fixed Assets.

Whenever user creates a Fixed Asset ,he has got come back to the EAM to create it again as an EAM Asset.

So is there a way to automatically create the EAM Asset whenever a new Fixed Asset is created, We don't have Oracle Asset Tracking. This is FYI.

Note : I have gone through the below  Metalink Note : 1362326.1

If users have Oracle Assets and EAM installed and users purchase an asset and interface that new asset from Payables to Oracle Assets - how does the asset get into EAM? How does one  link the EAM asset to the Oracle Asset?
