Item Error On Buyer Work Center

Dear Experts,
We are using the complex PO's so through Buyer work center purchase orders are made. While selecting the item or category in the PO the error comes (You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance).

Is there any solution of it?
