Error while Inspection

Hi,

I am facing an error while Inspecting the Receipt Qty.

APP-QA-16135: Qualuity Results cannot be entered becayse no Collection Plan apply

I have set up the profile option as QA:PO Inspection to Oracle Quality.

Pls let me know the solution for the issue.
