NLS: Language Support Setup

Hi Gurus,
We have currently upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3 where we have 2 Languages (Norwegian, English) configured.

As part of the login process user is able to select the 'LANGUAGE' in which he would like to see the subsequent screens. But in our case this functionality is not working and hence we have to change the 'CURRENT SESSION LANGUAGE' and proceed with it or update the profile option 'ICX: Language' from the application. The second option requires the application be re-started and hence this is a point of concern.
