trouble shoot BOMPKMUD error

 Mass Change Fails with Error:"Internal Error Occurred in the Program Bompkmud" [ID 746079.1]

I am getting this error when mass changing BOM.  The resolution on the site says the bad item will show in the log file.  When i look at the log file no item is listed.  Is there some other way to trouble shoot this issue.  Not sure where else i can look.
