Enabling the 'Billing' tab in I-Procurement checkout

Hi Support,
A consultant has proposed a personalisation to reveal the 'Billing' tab on the 'Edit Lines' page in I-Procurement. The region is accessed after selecting the (B) Checkout option button. The screenshot he has provided advises that the page is:
Scope    Page: Oracle iProcurement: Checkout
Document Name /oracle/apps/icx/por/req/webui/CheckoutLinesPG

Could you please provide me with the Navigation to this page?
I have looked at all of the pages around the checkout area but cannot locate this page.
