Data Pump Import and extern directories

Hey I was wondering if there is any possibility to use the Data Pump operations, but with a DIRECTORY that isnt on the same server as my ORA_HOME-Directory (like from a network drive).I tried it like this: CREATE DIRECTORY DumpDestination AS ‘\\server\files\datapump‘; but without any success.

Is there a solution to this task or is it impossible?
