How to re-register an alias which was initially use to register equipment under ASR?

Hi
After upgrading and re-registering ASR we realize customer's activation email was not set correctly.  For instance one of the 2540 array, the notification was sent to an old activation email alias "A", but the notification should send to email alias "B".  Any idea how we can get the email updated to reflect "B"?
