Error opening F98MOQUE Table

Hello,

Does anybody can help me, I am trying to loggin in a fat client, after installing Full package and it shows an error: Error Opening F98MOQUE table,

I review some documents in the knowledge garden of Oracle, but I couldnt solve this problem.

What could I do for fixing this problem.
