Hi everybody,

The Oracle System Support Newsletter is now available. The purpose of the Newsletter is to have one communication method to you about Systems related communication and tips to improve your support experience.

What I would like to know, is what features or topics you would you like to see in this Newsletter each Month?

Post replies to this thread and I will create articles in future newsletters on topics you suggest.
