How and where to define Change Order Types in Oracle Project Management.

Hi,

The business requirement is to enable change management workflow, based on change order type and  change order reason. Currently, we see only one change order Type'Construction change order' defined in the system. Would  be great if someone can tell...is there any lookup where i can go and define the  cahnge order type.
