TNS-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process
Good morning,
We've started receiving the following message within our Oracle listener file, which, when it occurs, prevents the users/ interface program from connecting to the DB. There seem to be a number of error messages below so just wondering whether we're going to need to work through each error code individually in order to find a resolution to this issue ? (running Oracle RDBMS 9.2.0.8.0 under OpenVMS 7.3-2)
