dbsnmp generating an audit files every minute

I've recently turned on auditing in my database to audit certain users of which dbsnmp is NOT one of them.  However, everytime the agent logs in I get an audit file created.  I've checked dbsnmp and the login has no system privs.  Anyone know what could be going on?
