Quick Windows 2003 Oracle install - multiple homes question

We currently have Oracle 10G installed on Windows 2003

We will be installing Oracle 11G next week

10G is currentl installed in            E:\oracle\product\10.2.0

I believe it's OK to install 11G  in  E:\oracle\product\11.2.0 ,  we can use the same Oracle Base but NOT the same Oracle Home , .

What are the recommendation when installing 2 Oracle versions on the same Windows server ?

Any issues when using 2 versions on the same Windows server ?
