If I increase the size of the tablespaces, would be faster?

I have 12 tablespaces with 93% or more of space used, including the TEMP tablespace, I see my server very slow, (redhat - oracle 10.2.0.4) but I have a lot of free disk space still, all my tablespaces are autoextend but.. It would be f faster and efficient increasing the size of tablespaces??
