FDM Hangs for User trying to Run Reports

I have a user using Win-7 32bit IE 8, the user can log in to Financial Data Management v9.3.3, click on "Analysis" and then Reports but once she does so the browser Window freezes. The user must then use task manager to kill the browser.

I don't see any IE settings that seem out of the ordinary. Any thoughts?
