US PAY: Timing of PA ACT 32 Effective Dates
I’ve opened a support ticket, but wondering if anyone else is experiencing the following with YEP1 Patch + PA ACT 32 Patch + Vertex 3.0 + October Vertex.
Existing PA Employees at Existing PA location (with appropriate Work Location Tax Address override)
Effective 1/1/2012 Update EE Address with appropriate override, and update EE Tax records to ensure SD code is on the Work Location and Resident location City Tax records (so it can evaluate and see if Work Non-Resident rate is greater than combined home address resident EIT rate)
Run Payroll for Pay Period end 12/30 with check date 1/6 – City Tax is incorrectly calculating at Work Location NonRes Rate (1%). The old way.
