Long Description Tags Do Not Update - SR Number 3-4948236981

I logged an SR this evening as follows:

"When we place text into, for example the Long Description field under a program and then preview that program, it works the frist time.

BUT - any changes made to the Long Description field are NOT picked up by ODM when it refreshes. This means we are manually having to create templates instead of using the tags."

This was a problem we picked up a few months ago, but did not really understand the functionality then and how it worked. This is why templates are a little useless at the moment, they're of limited use because the text used in these fields does not refresh after you first use them. Which means we have to create multiple templates for the same thing, it doesn't make much sense.
