Hi,
Product version and release is R12.1.3.
For setup we followed the MOS documents : LCM-OPM_Walkthrough_Full_Testcase, within which, there are other documents as well, specifically: Note 837161.1 - EBS LCM - Suggested Common Setup Steps for Landed Cost Management.


System Profiles setup as advised in the said document, like below:
