i need help in tax in india

we work on R12.1.3  i have case in tax in india and i need help from all to setup this case, i need to  know how to setup tax on prior tax


 i will give example to show this case  ,

we have  3  types of tax 

1- Service 10%

2- EDU 2%   Prior tax

3- High EDU 50% prior tax


 we have invoice in AR with amount 100 INR

TO calculate the tax is

100*10% = 10

then

10*2%=0.2

then

0.2*50%=0.1


the total to the tax  is  10+0.2+0.1 = 10.3

the total of invoice is  100+10.3=110.3

i want from friends how to do this setup
