ZA PAY: South Africa Balance Migration from Legacy to Oracle Payroll

Hi We are implementing ZA legislation for oracle payroll .I am unsure about the strategy on how do we do the data migration from old legacy system to oracle payroll. This is more of a concern since we are doing the cut over next may in between tax year.  I need exact details on how to go about this technically as oracle provides a lot of seeded Balances and Elements for initialization , However do not tell much about what initilization elemenst should be used for initialising which balance .

any help on this would be great
