Closing and Starting Budget Cycle

Hi,

Hyperion Planning is new to me and I want to close our budget cycle in Hyperion Planning and following are the steps which as per my understanding, I have to perform: Please advice if they are correct and complete and any missing steps. 

1-Copy Budget version from ‘Adjustment’ to 'Final' from File -Work Flow-Copy version

3-Change the Process Status to approved for version ‘adjustment’. (Budget is late so instead of users we want admmin to approve it) 

4-Edit Security Permission for all groups from write to read for Final version,  so that no user can update those budgets

 

Opening/Starting new budget for New Year:
