AP check RTF template in 11i

We want to create a AP check RTF template that show a fixed number of rows (50 lines) per page. Each line contains 3 columns (invoices_numb, invoice description and pay amount).  Some of invoice descriptions are very long and wrap to next line. That means a invoice can take up more than one lines. How do I achieve this?
