Using CC+B 2.1 - When using config lab tool within CC+B application to copy XAI Inbound Services fro

Using CC+B 2.1 - When using config lab tool within CC+B application to copy XAI Inbound Services from environment A to environment B, I always get this error  - Request schema is not allowed.

If anyone has experienced this error or might know a solution that would be great help.

As a result I have to add manually to the environment B.
