Invoice Print - fine when saving PDF then Print but when Pritinging directly doesn't fit page

We've created a XML report based on - Invoice Print New Invoices - RAXINV_NE, mainly to add a logo...

Everytime we select the printer on the Report, it shoots out invoices that don't fit the page, but are stuffed / cramped.

However, if we select noprint, then open the PDF & then print - it will print perfectly. However, I need this to work automatically, so we don't depend on users to remember to run it every day.

I did check the "Number of alignment pages" under Concurrent Program Parameters, but this seems to be the same as the RAXINV_NE which works fine (default value = 1)
