Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I could not create database from a service template when select "Requesting Database" but the status of the request keeping "In Progress"

previously i can create database successfully via self service portal.
