A custom Part Attachment Report shows all attachments for all Part-revisions

Using Agile Product Collaboration 9.3.1

I want to create a custom report that list latest active Part-revisions and the attachments added to this revision.

All searched or reports I have manage to create, list all attachments added to all the revision of the given Parts.

I find it strange that it doesn't exist a Standard Agile report like "Item Attachment Report".

Any suggestion how to build the search/report?
